I know a lot of people have this preconceived perception of the type of person who watches QVC or HSN. I won’t describe her, but you know exactly what I’m talking about. I have watched these stations for years, and I can tell you that these aren’t your grandma’s home shopping channels.  There are actually tons of great deals to be found, especially in makeup and skin care! They carry brands you may have never heard of to many of the top sellers in the industry, including some of my favorites like Smashbox, Benefit, and philosophy.

What I enjoy most is that they usually have the brand creator or a representative discussing the products.  I learn a lot about the ingredients in the products, what the major breakthroughs in skin care and cosmetics are, and they even demonstrate the products on air.  My most recent discovery is a makeup kit created by Signature A Club.  The New Big 7 Wondercover Camouflage & Makeup is apparently the type of thing every makeup artist should have in his/her arsenal. I was amazed by the model demonstration.  Adrienne, the label’s creator, swiftly and easily smudged the products on the model’s face and I was blown away by how the blue, green, lavender, and yellow all blended together for a glowing, flawless look.  Now I know how all those Hollywood celebs have such pristine skin.  If you’re looking for the perfect makeup kit to get you looking like an A-lister, I highly recommend this purchase.
